I learned two, really strange, facts today...

Beavers make Castoreum. They produce a yellowish secretion from their Castor Sacs. Those are located right next to their anal glands. The secretion is combined with the beaver's whizz when he's marking his territory. That's Castoreum.

Kind of nasty, but living things produce a lot of secretions, right? Here's where it gets funky...

Castoreum is considered a food additive by the FDA. They call it "Natural Flavoring". It is used in many food and beverages; most commonly in raspberry flavoring.

Ascertations, declamations, observations. Musings, rants and rhetoric. You know, the same old verbiage you see at the top of every other chump's blog. It's all just incidental yakety-yak really.
